Rest peacefully in the primary bedroom's memory foam king bed, providing you with the utmost comfort during your stay. Our townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with no bunk beds or pull-out couches involved, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.

Located in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, a quiet gated community, our family-friendly home is steps away from one of the 11 outdoor pools available for you to enjoy. Neighborhood overview

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a safe, gated community in the heart of Panama City Beach. Enjoy private beach access, a beach front pool, mini golf, a playground, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts, all within the resort. There are 11 pools within the resort (5 seasonally heated pools), so why not try a new pool each day!

Getting around

You have two reserved parking spots directly outside your front door. There are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

House Rules

-Must be 25 or older to rent our home. We will be asking for a valid ID upon booking.
-Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Quiet time is from 10:00p-7:00a and is strictly enforced.
-No pets allowed
-No smoking, vaping, tobacco use, or illegal drug use is permitted inside the home.
- Guests have 2 reserved parking spaces in front of unit. Per HOA guidelines, your vehicle will be towed at guest's expense if you park anywhere else but your reserved spots.
- Linens and Towels are for townhome use only and not to be taken to pool or beach.
Violation of these rules could lead to additional fees being charged and being asked to leave without a refund.
