House Rules
-Must be 25 or older to rent our home. We will be asking for a valid ID upon booking.
-Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Quiet time is from 10:00p-7:00a and is strictly enforced.
-No pets allowed
-No smoking, vaping, tobacco use, or illegal drug use is permitted inside the home.
- Guests have 2 reserved parking spaces in front of unit. Per HOA guidelines, your vehicle will be towed at guest's expense if you park anywhere else but your reserved spots.
- Linens and Towels are for townhome use only and not to be taken to pool or beach.
Violation of these rules could lead to additional fees being charged and being asked to leave without a refund.
